F.I.S.T. (Federation of Inter Stellar Tranporters) is a group of mercenaries from all over the universe. They all hail from different backgrounds but came together for the common good of their wallets. No job is too small, but certainly there are a lot that would be too big for such a ragtag bunch of space rangers. With the FIST ship needing repairs and Super Fighting Robot lost in space, they are stuck on Earth to sing tales of their exploits as cosmic adventurers with their brand of Sci-Fi inspired punk rock. In their first year of exile in the deserts of Earth they have released a 5 way split and a full length album of pure punk rock. During their short time together they have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with punk rock legends MDC, the Freeze, and Rikk Agnew Band. After a year their weapons expert and drummer unfortunately fell to a demon ogre and lost forever. Replaced by Unit 42 as their confidant and drummer they have begun a new chapter. They have released a limited edition lathe cut 7" and did a small west coast tour. While the future is unknown, they are releasing a retro RPG video game with Genetically Modified Games and a couple limited 7" records with the help from My Dad Hits Me Records and Resisting Arrest AZ.

Live Show Reviews

June 20, 2015 inFEST Tucson 3
"Sci-Fi themed punk. F.I.S.T did a sort of punk opera... Telling a story that strung along through their entire set. It was cool and very well done. The story consists of the 3 of them cruising through space as interstellar bounty hunters?...They were another big time crowd pleaser who, like Requiem, really stole the show." - Mickey Sixx, Scenes From the Underground

'Murica: Beer, Guns & Dicks

"Basically what I heard through my headphones, was raw, brutal, out of tune, noise to the highest fucking degree." - Scot Baldridge, Scenes From the Undeground

"FIST is loud, raunchy and raw, good ol’ Punk Rock. Nothing fancy here, but if you dig Fear, Germs and early NOFX, chances are you’ll dig FIST." - the Dirty Room

Crap Fuck Noodle

"It has a very satirical tone in the vocals which add some humor to the music." - Scenes From the Underground
